Having a mind made up to follow Jesus! What a testimony for people of faith to remain steadfast in the love, mercy, goodness, and saving grace of God Almighty.
In faith living, we believe that everything turns to Jesus. We depend on him for all that we need, want, or go through. In the gospel of John 14, Jesus talked directly with his disciples. He was preparing them for his departure. They were to do greater works than Christ because his work on earth was about to end. It is through there great missionary work that the church of Jesus Christ was built. He has always given us an abundance. Our life remains centered around Jesus. It is in him that all things are fulfilled.
Our daily provisions, health, deliverances and so much more are founded in just knowing that we rely on him for all things. Never doubt when the Spirit speaks to you. Jesus said, “Whatsoever you ask in my name, I will do it.” When we first came into the faith, we took this promise very literal, that he would give us our request immediately. But as we mature in him, we understand that he wants us to believe in him and to trust in his response time.
All I know is Jesus is a statement of confidence in his presence and promises, as prayers and praises are in his name. Our heavenly Father gave him the power in heaven, in the earth, and under the earth. His ultimate sacrifice remains embedded in our hearts and we live and experience his work for us everyday.
His words remain an assurance in faith living, “Whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.” At some point, we become persuaded by his words and we live in it. That is faith. Continue to study, embrace precept and chapters in the bible that mean something to you. It is then that you will realize Jesus is your everything. All I know is Jesus means that you have the greatest blessings in your life. Everything is because of him.
The Apostle Paul understood the value of being a follower of Christ when he wrote, “I am crucified with christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me …” In other words, he accepted the sufferings of being saved because Christ lived in him. He found peace in Christ. In Christ, faith overpowers the flesh. Be continuously thankful and acknowledge him as your personal Savior. You will conclude that, all I know is Jesus, is an enlightening realization that he truly is your everything. Thank you Jesus!
