Scripture: Revelation 19:1-13
In Revelation 19, attention is given to the exuberant joy in heaven with the worship to God who sat on the throne. What a wonderful message which tells of the honor and allegiance given to God and to Christ. It is spiritual therapy to read about the heavenly harmony of peace and love. The day will come when all believers will join in with the heavenly host to sing praises and honor in the very presence of our Heavenly Father and our Savior.
Christ has made all things ready. He came down from heaven and gave his life for the sins of the world. He ascended unto heaven where he is our advocate for every believer who accepts him into their life. At the same time, he prepares mansions for his people. He is the hope for every devout believer. We have not seen Christ. It is faith that connects us, without doubt, that he is indeed the living son of God, the savior of our souls.
John, the Revelator, was given the vision to see the marriage of the Lamb and his wife who had made herself ready. The Lamb is Jesus Christ and his wife is the believer, the church. The wife will be presented with fine, clean, white linen. White signifies the righteousness of the people.
We must continue to make our self ready. Daily, in our faith of Jesus Christ, we pray and plan to live according to his will. We can’t do it on our own. We do this with the help of the Holy Spirit.
As families throughout the earth are faced with so many sorrows and surrounded by so much wickedness, remain encourage on the eternal blessings that are ready for all who shall endure unto the end.
