Jesus Christ is indeed our resurrected Savior. He is setting at the right hand of God the Father with all power in heaven, in earth, and under the earth. He is our mediator with the Father. He represent us who believe and know him as the Savior of our souls. Sin had separated man from God. ( I Timothy 2:5) But now we have the gift of an eternal life in Jesus. With his resurrection over 2000 years, our attention should be focused on his second coming. He promised that he will return to receive his people to himself.
The bible does not give us a year, date, or time for his return. We are given his word, prophecies, and signs. (Acts 1:11) Preparation for his second coming is a daily way of living for believers. The fullness of his promise is embedded within our hearts.
It is our responsible to study and pray for understanding of his second coming, trusting in the Holy Spirit. The sound of the trumpet will be not none other. It will awaken the saved dead from grave. Just as Christ ascended into the clouds, he shall descend from the clouds. He will be seen above where every eye shall see him. His coming will be full of glorious audio and visual.
The importance of the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus is a belief with great profoundness as it reveals the love of God. Faith in Jesus connects us to repentance and eternal life. Faith in him states we want his will in us. Faith in him states that we belong to him. There will be no secret rapture. We belong to him, there is no need for him to be secret. ( John 14:3) Always remember, that Christ will return to get who belongs to him. His second coming will be joyous loud, with his luminous glorious appearance. Jesus, our Lord and Savior will come for us and nothing will be able to stop him.
For us, the fullness of the salvation promise will be completed when he makes his roll call and we are found worthy to ascend up into the clouds. There, we will join the heavenly host with continued praise and love for God our Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.
