Our God is an awesome God. His supreme power of all things is beyond human comprehension. But those who love him he does not leave in the dark. He has given us the gift of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit knows the deep things of God, that no man can understand own his own cognitive ability. “But as it is written, eye have not seen, nor ear heard, neither have it entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for them that love him.” He is omnipotent (all powerful), omniscient (all knowing) and omnipresent (everywhere).
It is by his Spirit that his mysteries are revealed. Jesus Christ is the glorious manifestation of his mysteries. For centuries prior to the birth of Christ, God told the prophets of his coming, his life and gave command for them to tell his people. When Jesus ascended into heaven, he gave us his presence in the Holy Spirit. The only way to understand the mystery is to take the word and learn it, study it, and apply it. God is revealed in his word. His Holy Spirit gives light to those very deep things that belong to God. Truly, God is awesome!
The mysteries of God form a bond in his mercies, love, salvation, and eternal life. All are revealed in Jesus Christ, the mystery of humanity. To know Christ is to know God. His Holy Spirit reveals this wisdom that only He can give.
